The opportunity
HiFiBerry is a growing audio start-up. Our mission is to produce high-quality audio components at a fair price that enable do-it-yourself consumers and OEMs to build highly flexible high-fidelity audio solutions.
We are committed to best-in-class customer support. Therefore, we are looking for somebody who supports our customers and who will work on improving our documentation.
This is a part-time job—a minimum of 6 hours per week, but more is possible.
Tasks
- Support our customers in case of hardware, software or operational problems
- Write how-to guides for our hardware and software
Required expertise/skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Familiarity with HiFiBerry products
- Linux skills
