Our firm is located in Switzerland. We ship all articles with Swiss Post/Asendia. Local delivery outside Switzerland is usually handled by the local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal mail, Deutsche Post, etc.). Often shipments sent by registered mail are delivered faster than normal shipments.
Also note that our prices do not include VAT for all shipping addresses outside Switzerland. Depending on your country, you may have to pay the VAT and/or additional customs and processing fees on import. Please ask your local postal provider about these costs.
No tracking is available for standard shipping. For registered mail, we provide a tracking number. You will find the tracking number under “My account”. Without creating an account, no tracking is possible. It may take some 2-3 business days until your shipment shows up in the tracking.
Note that the tracking information depends on the destination country. In some countries, no tracking within the country is available. In these cases, you will only see the shipment leaving Switzerland.
Based on our experiences with registered mail, we can give you an approximation of how long it will take for your package to be delivered. The following table shows how long it usually takes with registered mail. Note that in many countries, non-registered mail seems to be slower. In particular, the customs processing is often slower with non-registered mail.
These data should only give you an idea of how long it might take. We cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive by a specific time.
Read the table as follows: Look for your country in the first column. In the second column, you see how many days it takes for 50% of the packages to this country to arrive. The third and fourth column show the data for 75% and 90% of the packages. You see that shipping to some countries is quite fast, e.g., to the United Kingdom, while in others, customs processing takes some time.
|Country||50% in less than .. days||75% in less than .. days||90% in less than .. days|
|Korea, Republic of||15||20||21|
|United Arab Emirates||8||10||15|
For some countries, we can tell how long shipping usually takes based on our experiences with previous shippings.
Shipping to Australia can take up to 5 weeks. Check out our resellers in Australia. The Australian postal service does not provide tracking information to us, so in the tracking you’ll only see the package leaving Europe.
We’ve had reports that customs processing fees in Belgium can be quite high. Check out our resellers in Belgium.
Customs processing in Brazil can be very slow. Delivery times of 2-3 months seems to be normal.
While it seems to be a short way from Switzerland to Germany, customs processing can be quite slow. Unfortunately, we have seen shipping times between a few days and 4-5 weeks. It seems that shipping by registered mail is usually faster. If you don’t want to wait, we recommend buying from one of our resellers in Germany.
If the Ascendia tracking link does not provide tracking information within Germany, you might try to use the tracking number with the Deutsche Post tracking service.
Unfortunately, customs processing in Italy is the slowest in Europe. 1-2 weeks for customs processing is normal. Therefore you should expect at least 3 weeks shipping time.
Customs processing in Mexico can take a very long time. We have seen delivery times to Mexico of more than 2 months. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. Check out our resellers in Mexico.
Shipping to South Africa seems to be unreliable. Shipping times of more than 5 weeks seems to be quite normal. We recommend buying through our local reseller in South Africa.
At the moment (Q4/2019) shipping to Sweden is very unreliable. Packages might be stuck in customs for a long time. We recommend buying from local resellers in the EU.
After finishing customs processing, you can look up the tracking number also in the USPS tracking service.
Does this sound too complicated for you? Will delivery take too much time? No problem! Check out the resellers in your country.
