We do not often show you what’s cooking in our lab, but today we’ll give a a sneak peak. We’re just experimenting how to add more input and output channels to the DAC+ DSP. With this small extension board, we now have 6 input channels (2x Raspberry Pi, 2x TOSLink, 2x Analog) and 8 output channels (2x Raspberry Pi, 2x TOSLink, 2x Analog). This makes it an interesting combination e.g. for active speakers (if you don’t want to use the Beocreate 4 channel amplifier).
We’re interested in your feedback. Does this make sense at all for you? Do you think, an additional add-on board is a good solution? Would you prefer to have everything on one board? Are you missing something? Would you be interested to test this?
